Carol Diggory Shields was inspired to write this book when she was called a "Nagosaurus" by her five-year-old. (9780744563627) and The Bugliest Bug (9780744598131), and is the author-illustrator of Tuff Fluff (9780744593235). A co-founder of a design studio specializing in children's products and media, he lives in Boston and Maine, USA.
